Once you are "confirmed" for the request, please mail the Life2Orphans shipping form for the orphanage you are shipping the box to, and a check for the shipping costs - per the standard Shipping Instructions.
Please send your check within 1 week of getting your confirmation, or your box will be released! Thanks!
