Acrylic Worsted Weight Yarn
Ch 36 loosely.
Row 1: Dc in fourth ch from hook, then dc in each ch across.

in each dc across. Final dc in the ch 3 at end of row.
Row 3-18: Ch 3, turn. Working in the front loop only, dc in 2nd dc. Again,
working in the front loop only, dc in each dc across. Final dc in the ch 3 at
end of row. Do not finish off.
Join sides to form tube - sl st across joining ch stitch from row 1 to the
back loop of row 18.
Finish off.
Weave yarn through the dc stitches at one end of tube, pull ends of yarn to
close off tube and knot tightly.
Turn inside out and roll open end up to form cuff.
Pom-pom for top - wrap yarn around three fingers until plump, cut yarn and tie
off pom-pom in the middle with another piece of yarn, leaving ends several
inches long. Pull these ends through the top of the hat and knot on the
underside.
