The person or organization who is to pick up the box(es) will be called if you provide a phone number. 
If you do not provide a phone number, they will be sent a note that their box is in.


CALCULATION BASIS
Boxes are charged for according to their volumetric size and weight, as well as their final destination within Ukraine.

Volume:
A box of up to 3696 cubic inches with a weight of up to and including 30 lbs. incurs a shipping charge of $24.00.
A box of between 3697 and 7392 cubic inches with a weight of up to and including 30 lbs. incurs a shipping charge of $29.00.
A box of between 7393 and 12,000 cubic inches with a weight of up to and including 30 lbs. incurs a shipping charge of $44.00.

 

Boxes over 12,000 cubic inches please email Kelly for special pricing.
Weight:
For boxes weighing more than 30 lbs. an additional $1.00 per pound over 30 lbs. is charged.
Boxes over 85 pounds incur an extra customs charge of $20.00.

To estimate weight of your box, use your bathroom scale and weigh yourself holding the box and then weigh yourself without the box.  Box weight =  The Combined Weight – Your Weight.  (Please add 1lb to this calculation for better estimation purposes)
Destination:
A box delivered to a destination other than the Kyiv warehouse (ie- other than Boyarka or Children's Hope) incurs a delivery charge of $6.00 per box.

 

Non Standard Shipments:
Please email Megan for shipping estimates of items that do not lend themselves to standard shaped boxes.
