Boxes Available For Shipping

Click here to see the list of boxes available, then fill out the form below, and click on the "Submit Request" button, to request a box. An e-mail will be sent to Life2Orphans.
Once you are "confirmed" for the request, please mail the Life2Orphans shipping form, 2 customs forms for the orphanage you are shipping the box to, and a check for the shipping costs - per the standard Shipping Instructions.
Please send your check within 1 week of getting your confirmation, or your box will be released! Thanks!
