Who We Are
Life2Orphans, Inc. was established in 2002 by a group of caring individuals committed to advancing and improving the lives of orphans in Ukraine. Since its inception, through many channels of support and volunteer efforts, Life2Orphans, Inc. has touched the lives of more than 20,000 orphans ages birth to eighteen and has aided families who have and currently are adopting from Ukraine. Life2Orphans is a collaborative, secular, non-profit established by a group of caring individuals primarily to directly help over 4,731 orphans (2002), aged 0 to 18 years, in orphanages in Ukraine, as well as ship boxes cost-effectively to other orphanages in Ukraine. Life2Orphans Inc. is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization in the US, tax ID #20-5820570.
We are adoptive parents of Ukrainian children and those who care for them buy volunteering, donating and supporting those in the process of adopting them. We make quilts, knit hats, find unused medical equipment, fundraise for a new roof, throw a Christmas party, and sponsor nursing assistance and education trips. We have had support from families and corporations in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Israel, Italy, Germany, Belgium, Sweden, Japan, Netherlands, South Africa, New Zealand, Cyprus, Denmark and Ukraine.
